With the vast amount of false or incomplete information and misinformation circulating on social media, it is necessary to have a place where we can find true, science-backed, and verified information. I am Dr. Ernesto Suárez. I'm an MD with over 15 years of experience specializing in clinical nutrition and focused mainly on the care of people living with obesity. I am currently in Mexico, a country with one of the highest rates of obesity, but we coach, serve and advise people all over the world through telemedicine. This blog is to share information that can help everyone lead a more active and healthy lifestyle. We will have a variety of posts from general health informative articles to tests and reviews of new food and sports products, alternative therapies and fad diets to validate their usefulness. We will also be putting links in the posts to the youtube channel that serves as an alternative blog.

We will be writing about three main topics:

Obesity and health: Self-written articles, videos and links to relevant web pages in order to talk about obesity, prevention of various diseases and health issues in general. The important thing is to be able to count on real information that we can use to live better and avoid diseases.

Nutrition, recipes and diets: I will be writing mainly about fad diets, their usefulness, myths and realities. We will also be reviewing different products and supplements on the market to review their safety and usefulness. We will be including easy-to-prepare recipes analyzing the nutritional content of each one in order to be able to expand what we eat every day in the most informed way possible. Wait for our restaurant reviews so you can eat healthier when you go out.

Wellness, exercise and travel.We will publish articles on general wellness topics such as stress management, better sleep and relaxation. We will make reviews of places to travel, events, hotels and spas that can help us reduce stress, to practice sports or both.There will be reviews and analysis of innovative products, venues and services to practice sports to be more active and in better physical condition. Wait for our Youtube channels to be launched on relaxation and anti-stress and anxiety videos and music, and the one about exercise with routines, tips and all you need to know to start exercising without getting hurt.
